Pinnacle Ella

General Policy

  • The Pinnacle Ella is privately operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) who violates the General Policies of the hotel. 
  • The hotel maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy. We reserve the right to deny entry, refuse service or accommodation, or remove any guest without refund if they fail to adhere to the hotel’s reasonable standards and policies. 
  • The hotel will refuse service or take necessary action against a guest for refusal or failure to pay for accommodation or additional charges incurred.
  • If guests are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion so as to disturb the peace of other guests, or is not in compliance with hotel policies, or acts in unlawful way, the hotel reserves the right to deny admission or cancel reservations at its discretion.
  • If the guest behaves in a disorderly fashion so as to disturb the peace of other guests, the hotel has the right to terminate the reservation without any refund.

Payment Policy

  • A booking is accepted only after we receive written confirmation from you along with full payment  or a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
  • For bookings made via our Internet Booking Engine the full payment must be made. For email inquiries, the full payment or payment of a deposit with your written confirmation will indicate an acceptance of these terms and conditions by you.
  • All Payments must be made through USD / (Or) equivalent LKR amount of the conversion rate on the date of pay to avoid rate fluctuation.
  • Failure to adhere to the above payment conditions could result in reservations been cancelled without prior notification.

Payment

  • If a balance of payment is due for your travel arrangements, the balance payment must be paid by you before leaving the hotel.

Methods of Payment

  •  Payments for full or part payment for the travel arrangements may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Union Pay). 

  • For email inquiries, payments can be made through the Sampath Vishwa internet banking payment gateway facility available on our website www.pinnacleella.com or through a secure link that will be sent to you via email.

Cancellation Policy

  • Early departures and no-show’s – Non-refundable
  • Cancellation within the 14 days prior to the arrival – free of charge
  • Cancellation within the 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival – subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the arrival – subject to a 100% cancellation fee
  • In case of an emergency, the hotel has the right to cancel any reservation without prior notification

Child Policy

  • Children under 3 years: Stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents (one child).

  • Children aged 4 to 11 years: Charged 50% of the meal rate when sharing a room with parents (one child).

  • Children aged 12 years and above: Considered as adults and will be charged the full rate.

Meal Plan Supplements

  • Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner can be added to the booking at a cost of USD 20++ Per Person, Per Meal. 

  • On Christmas Eve (December 24th) and New Year’s Eve (December 31st), a mandatory supplementary dinner is applicable for all guests. The cost is as follows:

    • Half Board (HB): USD 40 per person

    • Bed & Breakfast (BB): USD 50 per person

Note

  • Check in time is at 2.00 PM & Check out time is at 10.00 AM 

  • Extra Bed can be provided at the cost of 20 USD per day.

  • Drivers / Chauffer guides accommodations will NOT be provided.

However, the reception will provide information to the drivers & chauffer guides to find accommodation.
